US REIT, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) concentrating on single tenant, net-leased drug store properties in the Eastern United States.  The corporation seeks to acquire, own, and invest in CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens properties.  By using this approach, we strive to develop and maintain long-term tenant relationships and a stable income stream for our investors.  Our focus will attempt to mitigate any income risk by seeking major U. S. drug store companies with solid business plans who have locations based in high traffic count areas of the East Coast.  This approach should yield a steady, long-term set of returns over the long-run for our REIT Corporation. We specialize in the healthcare sector as a drug store REIT.
