US REIT, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) concentrating on single tenant, net-leased commercial properties in the Eastern United States. The corporation seeks to acquire, own, and invest in these properties. By using this approach, we strive to develop and maintain long-term tenant relationships and a stable income stream for our investors. Our focus will attempt to mitigate any income risk by seeking major U. S. companies with solid business plans who have locations based in high traffic count areas of the East Coast.
